Top 3 Halloween Coffee Recipes

The spooky season is upon us, the supermarkets are filled with Halloween decorations, scrumptious treats and scary costumes.  It’s easy to get into the spirit and start planning this year’s Halloween party!

Fear not as we have prepared a list of hauntingly good coffees that you can serve at the Halloween party.

Maple Cinnamon Latte Recipe

All The Maple Cinnamon Latte is such an autumn classic. The warm cinnamon and sweet maple syrup make the coffee taste like a treat!

It’s scary good, easy to prepare, and it will wow your guests.

Here’s what you need:

• 20 ml maple syrup

• 1 tsp cinnamon (+ extra to sprinkle on top)

• 300 ml milk of your choice

• 1 strong shot of coffee (we used our Noss Noss blend for that rich, medium-dark flavour)

Step-by-step recipe:

Step 1: Add your maple syrup and cinnamon in the cup.

Step 2: Froth the milk.

For frothed milk, you can use a hand frother, a French press, or the frother on the espresso machine if you have one. You want the milk to have a silky, thick texture.

Step 3: Brew your coffee (if you are using a French Press, V60 or moka pot, brew the coffee first to avoid the milk going cold and losing its foam)

Step 4: Pour the espresso in the cup, top it with milk, and enjoy!

Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

Is it even autumn if we don’t indulge in a Pumpkin Spice Latte?

We think we know what your answer is, so we thought you might like to have an easy recipe of the most popular autumn coffee on hand.

Here’s what you need:

• 1 shot espresso (or 60 ml strong brewed coffee)

• 150 ml frothed milk

• 1 shot pumpkin syrup

• Pumpkin spice mix (for dusting)

Step-by-step recipe:

Step 1: Brew 60 ml of espresso or strongly brewed coffee (moka pot coffee would go very well)

We used our Halloween Blend for extra flavour because it contains pumpkin spice.

Step 2: Froth the milk to the desired consistency

For frothed milk, you can use a hand frother, a French press, or the frother on the espresso machine if you have one. You want the milk to have a silky, thick texture.

Step 3: Add a shot of pumpkin spiced syrup (approx 25 ml).

Step 4: Dust some pumpkin spice on the latte and enjoy!

Cinnamon Cappuccino Recipe

Frothy milk, smooth coffee and chocolate dusting. What’s not to love?

We put a seasonal spin on this classic barista drink, so you can have another crowd-pleaser on your list of Halloween coffees.

Here’s what you need:

Ingredients:

• 1 shot espresso (or 60 ml strong brewed coffee)

• 150 ml frothed milk

• Milk foam for topping

• ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Step-by-step recipe:

Step 1: Brew 60 ml of espresso or strongly brewed coffee (moka pot coffee would go very well)

We used one of our most popular blends, Guji with cinnamon, for extra flavour because it contains cinnamon (it’s a festive best-seller!).

Step 2: Froth the milk to the desired consistency (you want it more fluffy than silky)

Step 3: Add the shot of coffee in the mug and top it up with frothed milk.

Step 4: Dust some cinnamon on top and enjoy!

We hope you found at least one recipe you like and that you’ll prepare for your guests this Halloween.
