Café Femenino was established to change that.

The mission is simple but powerful: to create direct market access for women farmers and ensure they are paid directly for their coffee. Through this model, women gain financial independence, leadership opportunities and a stronger voice within their communities.

Beyond trade, the Café Femenino Foundation provides funding for social and community projects chosen by the women themselves. These initiatives often focus on education, healthcare, infrastructure and long-term sustainability in coffee-growing regions.

At its core, Café Femenino is about recognising the role of women in coffee production and ensuring their contribution is valued, visible and fairly rewarded.

Women Grown Single Origin Coffees And Blends

If you want to join us in celebrating the intricate work of the women farmers behind the Cafe Femenino Project, we invite you to try the following coffees:

Peru Cafe Femenino: the coffee that began the project back in 2004.
